Nishat is a Human Biology major with a focus concentration in philosophy and is a Thomas Hunter honors student. She wants to pursue a career in biomedical research, preferably in the biotechnology industry, and has cultivated that interest by working at bio pharmaceutical companies, labs, and more! She's very interested in cellular and gene therapies, which infamously opens up a lot of ethical questions and are areas that she is particularly very passionate about as well. Outside of academics, she enjoys practicing languages, reading, and exploring different parts of NYC!
